1. We ship to most countries globally. To check if we deliver to your location, simply enter your address during checkout. If your country is not listed, it means we currently do not offer shipping to that region. 

2. Order Processing For items that are in stock, we aim to process and ship your order within 3 business days of receiving it. Please note that this timeline applies only to orders with available stock. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, restocking may take between 15-50 business day. 

3. While we strive to provide timely deliveries, shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, international shipments take longer to arrive due to customs clearance and local delivery conditions. We cannot provide exact delivery dates, but general shipping estimates are provided during checkout.

4. All orders are processed in a way that ensures you do not have to pay duties or taxes during checkout. However, as customs regulations vary between countries, you may be required to pay additional duties or taxes upon the arrival of your package in your country. These charges are determined by local customs offices and are beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If your tracking number is not working or if you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
